Return and Exchange Policy:

You have 1 business day to contact us regarding a return and 4 business days for the exchange of your items from the day you receive the product

Terms and conditions:

1 - Contact us via email or the customer service number on WhatsApp providing us with the order number and address and explaining the reason for the exhange or return.

2 - Any exchange or refund request will be rejected if the products are in a damaged and our customer service has the right to check the items and reject the request in case the item is damaged.

3- The item must be still tagged ,unworn and undamaged , our customer service team has the right to request a photo or clip of the item.

4 - If the request is accepted, you will be contacted and provided with the details.

5 - You will be provided with a coupon for the value of your items if the product is returned , we don’t give refunds.

سياسة الاستبدال و الارجاع:

لديك يوم عمل واحد لرفع طلب الاسترجاع و ٤ ايام لرفع طلب الاستبدال من يوم استلامك للمنتج

الشروط و الاحكام:

‎ 1- التواصل عبر البريد الاكتروني او الرقم الخاص بالمتجر بالدعم الفني للمتجر فالواتس اب و تزويدنا ب رقم الطلب و العنوان و شرح سبب الاستبدال او الارجاع

‎ 2- سيتم رفض اي طلب استرجاع او استبدال في حال كانت المنتجات في حاله غير جيده و يحق للمتجر فحص المنتج و رفض الطلب في حال كانت حالة المنتج غير جيده

‎ 3- المنتج يجب ان يكون ب حالة استلامه غير ملبوس و بجميع مرفقاته و يحق للدعم الفني طلب صوره او مقطع للمنتج

‎ 4- في حال تم قبول الطلب سيتم التواصل معك و تزويدك بالتفاصيل

‎ 5- سيتم تزويدك ب كوبون ب قيمة طلبك في حال تم استرجاع المنتج

‎ 6- يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن
